Whilst working for Ogilvy Worldwide, Max specialised in introducing western brands (IHG Hotel Group, Gucci, Johnny Walker etc.) to the Chinese market.

Max has strong relationships with New Zealand tourism partners including Inbound Tour Operators, overseas travel agencies in Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and South East Asia markets.

Alison worked as a digital & eCommerce manager at Wayfare (previously Real Journeys), resulting in a 30% yearly increase of revenue in the past 5 years via brand portfolio building, B2B business development, and in-market initiatives.

Alison spearheaded the introduction of Cardrona Alpine Resort to the China market with a growth of 10,000 new customers in a single year.

Prior to leaving China, Alison was a fiction writer, non-fiction reporter, documentary director (for Phoenix TV), and a founding member of E-learning product at NetEase.

Before moving to New Zealand, Yefeng was the operation manager of Ctrip, the largest Online Travel Platform in China. Yefeng was in charge of the content of 4 apps covering different aspects including a tourism forum, social software and short videos.

Working at Queenstown i-SITE for the last 2 years, Yefeng was the top sales person every month. Additionally, Yefeng managed the company’s social media accounts including WeChat, Weibo, Facebook and Instagram.

Yefeng is also a video maker, with 10 million views on Douyin (Chinese TikTok). Her high-quality blogs and Vlogs has attracted more than 30,000 followers on various platforms.
